Preheated feed is evaporated with steam/thermal fluid heating to remove water selectively. Vapors condense through barometric condensers, while non-condensable gases are expelled through an ejector. The last stage's concentrated sulphuric acid product is cooled and stored in a tank for future use. The straightforward method employs heat and suction to concentrate the dilute acid solution steadily.
